Pharmacist - Customer & Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented pharmacist to join our Technical Support team and work on Nano Health Suite’s internal pharmacy system. The role combines customer service with technical problem‑solving and is based on‑site in our Damascus office (or an office in Egypt).

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and complaints via phone, ticketing system, and live chat.
• Provide prompt, professional technical support and resolve issues.
• Maintain and update medical data in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze and manage data using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• High technical aptitude and quick adaptation to new systems.
• Excellent customer service attitude with patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
