About the role
We are seeking a motivated pharmacist to join our Medical Information Center in Cairo. The role focuses on delivering accurate medical information, handling patient inquiries, and supporting seamless communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage medical communications and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals to verify and provide accurate information.
- Support the centre’s commitment to exceptional client experiences and patient safety.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, especially in medical contexts.
- Solid understanding of pharmacy practices, principles, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
