Pharmacist – Retail & Call Center

About the role

Elezaby Pharmacy, Egypt’s leading pharmacy chain, is seeking qualified pharmacists to work across its retail branches and its call‑center operation. The role involves dispensing medications, providing patient counseling, and handling customer inquiries both in‑store and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription medications, ensuring correct labeling, dosage, and usage directions.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, potential drug interactions, and clinical appropriateness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records, manage inventory, and process payments.
• Provide comprehensive counseling on prescribed and over‑the‑counter products.
• Answer patient questions, educate on health‑related products, and follow up on insurance approvals.
• Handle inbound calls in the call‑center, addressing prescription status, refill requests, billing inquiries, and product information.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and meet sales targets as defined by the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision‑making ability.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient‑centered approach.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and a call‑center setting.
