Pharmacy Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a licensed pharmacist to lead one of our busy branches in 6th of October City. The Pharmacy Branch Manager will ensure safe, accurate dispensing while driving customer satisfaction and supporting the team’s professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, guaranteeing correct dispensing of medications and compliance with legal and quality standards.
• Supervise, schedule, and coach pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Provide professional counseling to customers on prescriptions and over‑the‑counter products.
• Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, order supplies, rotate stock, and prevent losses.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of controlled substances.
• Prepare branch reports, support sales targets, and coordinate promotional activities with head office.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmacy regulations and quality‑assurance procedures.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and eligibility to practice in Egypt.
• Proven experience in community pharmacy, including dispensing, medication counseling, and pharmacovigilance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing a team or branch.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to resolve inquiries.
• Solid understanding of pharmacy regulations, prescription validation, and controlled‑drug handling.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems.
• Competence in inventory management and stock control.
• Basic skills in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
