About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ain Shams (also covering Hadayek Alkobba and Obour city). The Pharmacy Manager will lead daily pharmacy operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while delivering excellent patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all pharmacy activities, including prescription verification and dispensing.
- Provide medication counseling and educate patients on proper drug use.
- Supervise immunization services and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Proven experience managing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Prior experience in a managerial pharmacy role is preferred.
