About the role

Westview International Language School is looking for a passionate and experienced PE teacher to join its team and help students' physical education and overall well-being. The teacher delivers engaging, effective lessons that promote fitness, teamwork and healthy lifestyles, working on site in the school.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver comprehensive physical education lessons tailored to students' age and skill levels.
• Encourage students to take part in physical activities and sports, fostering a positive attitude toward fitness and health.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment that promotes respect, teamwork and personal achievement.
• Assess and monitor student progress and give constructive feedback.
• Organize and manage school sports events and extracurricular physical activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education with other curriculum areas.
• Promote health and fitness inside and outside the classroom.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant professional qualification preferred.
• Previous experience teaching PE in a school setting is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and engage students.

• Strong knowledge of physical fitness, sportsmanship and child development.
• Passion for promoting health, fitness and active lifestyles among students.
