Physical Performance Coach – Men’s First Team

About the role

FC Masar is looking for an experienced Physical Performance Coach to join the Men’s First Team within the Right to Dream Egypt environment. You will design and deliver evidence‑based physical preparation programs that enhance elite performance while supporting long‑term player development across the first team, U20 and academy squads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the physical preparation and performance delivery of the Men’s First Team.
• Design and implement individual and team‑based training programs covering strength, speed, power, conditioning and injury prevention.
• Monitor training load, recovery and performance data to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with coaching and medical staff to optimise player readiness and availability.
• Support return‑to‑play processes alongside medical personnel.
• Contribute to the development of physical performance practices across other squads.
• Promote a high‑performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sport Science, Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Physiology or a related field.
• Experience working in elite football environments at first‑team or academy level.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of elite football physical demands and long‑term athlete development.
• Evidence‑based approach to training and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organisation and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
