Physiotherapist – Orthopedic & Rehabilitation

About the role

Kaissar Clinics is seeking a dedicated physiotherapist to join its multidisciplinary team in Qesm El Sherouk. You will work with patients recovering from orthopedic, trauma, post‑operative and neurological conditions, delivering evidence‑based rehabilitation in a fast‑paced urgent‑care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess musculoskeletal, orthopedic, post‑surgical and neurological patients and perform functional evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide hands‑on therapy, supervise exercise programs and apply electrotherapy or other modalities when appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress against measurable goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention and safe movement techniques.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, radiologists and other clinicians to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and support quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Clinical physiotherapy expertise with strong assessment, manual therapy and rehabilitation planning skills.
• Experience treating orthopedic, trauma and post‑surgical cases.
• Ability to clearly educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive strategies.
• Excellent documentation skills and familiarity with clinical or practice‑management systems.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy and current professional licensure/registration.
• Previous clinic or hospital experience, preferably with orthopedic and trauma patients.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
