Planning Executive

About the role

The Planning Executive will support centralized production planning across multiple factories, ensuring optimal capacity utilization, balanced production loading and on‑time delivery of customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain centralized production plans based on orders, capacity and delivery requirements.
• Monitor factory capacity, production loading and order allocation, and track progress.
• Coordinate with Factory Planning, Production, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams.
• Identify potential delays or capacity constraints and support reallocation between factories.
• Monitor work‑in‑process, lead times and delivery performance, and prepare planning reports, forecasts and KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in production or central planning, preferably in garment manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, production scheduling and factory operations.
• Good English communication skills and strong coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
