About the role
The Senior Purchasing Specialist will manage and optimise procurement operations, ensuring the organisation obtains high‑quality materials, goods and services at the best prices and within required timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
- Drive cost optimisation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Plan procurement activities, monitor performance and report analytics.
- Oversee contracting, compliance and supplier performance reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain or related field.
- 5–8 years procurement experience, including at least 2 years as a Senior Specialist.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, time‑management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Odoo.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel for quantitative data analysis.
