Platform Architect - OT/IT Convergence

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled OT/IT Convergence Platform Architect to define and drive the roadmap, architecture, and standardisation of our OT/IT platform across the group. You will act as a strategic partner to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring innovative, secure, and reusable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define the OT/IT Convergence Platform roadmap and strategic enablers aligned with business needs.
• Provide technical leadership across OT/IT product lines and guide value‑stream identification.
• Design, govern, and maintain platform architecture following enterprise standards.
• Ensure security, reliability, and end‑to‑end design integrity of the platform.
• Lead platform development, configuration, and integration of OT assets with enterprise applications.
• Drive Agile delivery, manage vendors, and promote continuous improvement and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience with OT systems (SCADA, MES, PLC integration, industrial protocols).
• Strong background in IT systems architecture, including Cloud, networking and Microsoft AD services.
• Proven experience with industrial integration patterns, middleware (Edge, MQTT) and data architecture.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity in OT environments; IEC62443 certification preferred.
