About the role

The PMO Manager will translate corporate strategy into actionable project execution plans, ensuring alignment across the organization. This senior position oversees the entire project portfolio, drives performance measurement, and represents the PMO at executive governance forums.

Key responsibilities

• Translate corporate strategy into project execution plans and monitor alignment.
• Lead the evaluation and approval of business cases and project charters.
• Develop and manage the PMO budget and resource forecasts.
• Implement portfolio prioritization tools to optimize resource use.
• Establish risk escalation paths and project health‑check protocols.
• Collaborate with IT to configure, maintain, and enhance PMIS platforms.
• Evaluate PMO performance using KPIs such as project success rates, schedule adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Foster relationships with external partners, consultants, and vendors to support PMO operations.
• Represent the PMO in executive governance forums and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in project controls or PMO, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful development strategies.
• Focused, goal‑oriented mindset.
