Portfolio & Program Management (PPM) – Agile Practitioner (German Speakers)

About the role

PwC's Advisory line of service is looking for fresh graduates and candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in Portfolio, Program and Project Management (PPM) to join its German team in Cairo. The role sits in the technology advisory area and offers a structured entry into consulting with extensive training, a strong international network and responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support digitalization and transformation projects for clients across commercial, financial services and public sector industries, using agile and traditional project management approaches and modern digital PPM tools.
• Contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) and help ensure transparency on progress, risks, dependencies and budgets across projects, programs and portfolios.
• Work with methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2 or classic process models together with the team.
• Take part in an international team and help grow the PPM services and professional network within PwC.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration/Economics, (Business) Information Technology, (Industrial) Engineering or a comparable field, completed or about to be completed.
• Ideal: practical experience through internships, working student positions or thesis work in project management, PMO or consulting.
• Interest in project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) and digital PPM tools; initial certifications are a plus but not required.
• Analytical and conceptual strength, structured approach, teamwork, and strong written and spoken German (at least C1, mandatory) and English.
