Private Free-zone Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Private Free‑zone Logistics Specialist to join the head‑office team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end export procedures within free‑zone environments, excluding customs clearance and freight forwarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full export cycle, from order issuance to shipment.
• Operate the NAFEZA system and handle ACID‑related paperwork.
• Issue work orders, export certificates, and liaise with the investment authority.
• Coordinate with the customs clearance team to finalize documentation.
• Oversee billing procedures, review invoices and official documents, and align them with inventory and warehouse records.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience specializing in free‑zone logistics.
• Demonstrated expertise with NAFEZA and ACID processes.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and free‑zone regulations.
