Process and Business Excellence Manager

About the role

The Process and Business Excellence Manager will lead the function responsible for driving strategic initiatives, improving business processes, and ensuring proper documentation and governance across the organization. This role collaborates closely with all departments to boost operational efficiency and support the development of new business products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and business policies.
• Support the annual strategic planning process and monitor strategic initiatives.
• Design and improve end‑to‑end business processes.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to implement business requirements.
• Manage and develop the Process & Business Excellence team.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend operational improvements.
• Support new product development and business feasibility assessments.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Excellence, Strategy, or Operations.
• At least 2–3 years of experience managing a team.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Microfinance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Process Mapping (BPMN), SOPs, and Continuous Improvement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus.
