About the role
We are looking for a Process & Circulars Analyst (Senior Officer) to manage the creation, review and distribution of internal circulars and operational publications while driving process improvement across the Support Sector.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and publish internal circulars, announcements and operational documents in line with approved policies and governance standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, validate and update operational information prior to publication.
- Analyse existing processes and workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and support re‑engineering and optimisation initiatives.
- Document procedures, process flows and service standards in collaboration with business owners.
- Monitor the implementation of approved improvements and ensure they meet operational requirements.
- Maintain archiving and tracking systems for publications, procedures and process documents.
- Produce analytical reports and dashboards on process performance, efficiency and service quality.
- Support governance, compliance and audit activities related to operational processes and publications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in process analysis, operational support, documentation or publications management.
- Familiarity with governance, policies, procedures and operational controls in a banking or corporate environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
