Process Engineer – Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

The Process Engineer will operate, monitor and optimise juice production processes in a fast‑moving FMCG beverage environment. The role covers water treatment, syrup preparation and production line management while ensuring product quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing, blending, pasteurisation and homogenisation processes, adjusting line parameters via PLC/HMI systems.
• Track and record Critical Control Points (CCPs) throughout each run, escalating deviations and applying corrective actions.
• Oversee water‑treatment plant operations and manage syrup preparation, ensuring formulation accuracy and hygiene standards.
• Supervise production operators, coordinate shift activities, and maintain uninterrupted production flow.
• Collaborate with maintenance for corrective and preventive equipment upkeep.
• Ensure tanks, equipment and production areas are cleaned and sanitised in line with GMP requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑moving FMCG beverage manufacturing.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP and HSE standards and ability to enforce them.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under production pressure.
