Process Engineer – Manufacturing (Cairo & 6th Oct Plant)

About the role

Join Procter and Gamble as a Process Engineer in the Cairo and 6th of October manufacturing plants. You will work on cutting‑edge improvements to our production processes, using smart, connected technologies to boost safety, productivity, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evaluate technical options to meet business objectives.
• Study technical feasibility using high‑end computer modeling and simulation.
• Lead economic evaluations and collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D and other groups.
• Design, develop and procure new processing equipment.
• Develop and conduct acceptance tests on vendor‑supplied equipment.
• Lead commissioning of new equipment and train production teams.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in collaboration with production staff.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Good command of English.
• Open to candidates from Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics (Statistics & Data Analysis).
