Procurement & Cost Estimation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement & Cost Estimation Specialist to support ICT and ELV projects. You will manage the full procurement cycle, negotiate with suppliers, and produce accurate cost estimates to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for ICT & ELV projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project pricing.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align procurement with project timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in ICT & ELV procurement and cost estimation.
• Strong knowledge of ICT & ELV systems and components.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Experience using ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
