Procurement Lead

About the role
The Procurement Lead is responsible for shaping and executing the procurement strategy for all indirect materials and services needed by the factory. You will ensure that critical spares, MRO supplies and general operational needs are sourced efficiently and cost‑effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive procurement strategy for indirect materials.
- Source and secure timely availability of critical spares, MRO items and general factory supplies.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, HSE and administration to identify indirect requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms and service agreements with local and international suppliers.
- Work closely with planning, production, quality and warehouse teams to guarantee end‑to‑end supply chain efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in indirect material procurement, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
