About the role
We are looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end purchase order process, ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams and external suppliers, particularly manufacturers in China.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full purchase order cycle from request to delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, understand their manufacturing processes, and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels, participate in stock‑taking, and ensure procurement aligns with short lead‑time orders.
- Utilize computer systems to maintain purchasing data, generate reports, and track supplier performance.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier sourcing, and purchase order management.
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience working with both local and international suppliers.
