Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join Wander Developments, a company focused on commercial developments that connect people, business, and innovation. The role will support project teams by managing the sourcing and purchasing of materials and services needed for construction and real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review procurement requests from project teams and relevant departments.
• Source, evaluate and select suppliers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost‑effective purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders in line with company procedures.
• Follow up on orders to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate with engineering, technical office, warehouse and finance departments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural or related field).
• 1–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction or real‑estate development.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
