Procurement Specialist

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s mission to lead the future of snacking as a Procurement Specialist. You will be the single point of contact for local leaders, bridging business stakeholders with sourcing teams across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for procurement activities at a designated site or country cluster.
• Manage daily interactions with plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, sourcing teams, and suppliers.
• Ensure material availability, meet service‑level targets, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support business continuity planning and activate contingency actions as required.
• Execute sourcing projects, spot‑buying, and contracting activities in line with spend area agreements.
• Own source‑to‑pay compliance indicators and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data analytics and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and comfort working under pressure.
