Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are a leading Egyptian agribusiness seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process for raw milk, fruits and other agricultural products. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on supplier coordination, purchase order issuance and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate, select and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms.
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with operations and finance teams.
• Analyze pricing, supplier performance and market trends.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in agriculture, manufacturing or FMCG procurement.
• Strong communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience using ERP systems for purchase order management.
