Product Designer

About the role

Smart Bricks is seeking a Product Designer who can think in systems and design outcomes for an AI‑first real‑estate investment platform. You will own the end‑to‑end design experience for sophisticated investors across multiple global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, data‑rich interfaces for AI‑driven investment tools, including discovery, analysis, valuation dashboards and portfolio management.
• Lead the full product design cycle: discovery, wireframing, prototyping, user testing and high‑fidelity delivery.
• Translate complex AI outputs and financial data into clean, accessible user experiences.
• Conduct user research with investors, family offices and internal stakeholders to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship features quickly.
• Maintain and evolve a coherent design system that scales across web, mobile and emerging AI interfaces.
• Integrate AI design tools (Claude, Figma AI, ChatGPT) into daily workflow for ideation, variant generation and UX copy.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of product or UX design experience, preferably in fintech, proptech or data‑intensive platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem‑solving, design thinking rigor and polished execution.
• Proven ability to run user research and synthesize insights into design decisions.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, variables, prototyping).
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Midjourney.
• Solid visual design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, color and motion.
