Product Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a product‑focused full‑stack engineer to enhance our internal platforms and build AI‑driven automation that speeds up the customer and operations experience. The role blends bug‑fixing, feature development and creative problem‑solving, with a strong emphasis on delivering tangible business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and triage the bug queue across our API, Admin Portal, Redeem Portal, booking platform and Wix website.
• Collaborate with an external development agency while progressively taking ownership of projects in‑house.
• Design, improve and maintain automations using n8n, APIs, AI tools and custom code.
• Enhance Wix website features, custom‑coded elements, e‑commerce UX, tracking and customer‑facing flows.
• Develop and refine AI‑assisted workflows and internal agents.
• Partner with operations to identify pain points and create time‑saving internal tools.
• Lead new projects from problem discovery through launch, keeping solutions simple and cost‑effective.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in product engineering, backend development or automation.
• Strong product mindset with an interest in solving business problems.
• Ability to work remotely, independently and communicate clearly with a small non‑technical team.
