Product Lead (Digital Transformation)

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being, is looking for a Product Lead to join its team in Cairo. The role focuses on digital transformation and driving the product strategy and vision of the company's product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overarching product strategy and vision in line with business goals and market trends.
• Lead strategic planning so that product initiatives support long-term company objectives.
• Mentor and guide Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of the product strategy.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement across product teams.
• Oversee the product portfolio, ensuring prioritisation across multiple product lines and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in pharma or consumer products is a plus.
• Proven success managing product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with product analytics, user research and market analysis.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence and product analytics platforms.
