Product Manager II

About the role

As a Product Manager II you will own product initiatives end‑to‑end, from discovery and validation through launch and continuous optimisation. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations and Commercial teams to create experiences that help customers succeed while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimisation.
• Conduct customer research, data analysis and direct interactions to uncover needs.
• Translate business opportunities and pain points into clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Prioritise features based on customer value, business impact and strategic goals.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ship solutions in an Agile environment.
• Monitor product performance, run experiments and iterate based on learnings.
• Drive product launches, track adoption, engagement and business impact.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning and long‑term vision.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of product management experience with digital products.
• Proven track record of shipping products that deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Passion for learning, growth and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with Agile product development.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding of modern AI technologies.
• Background in B2B, Marketplace, E‑commerce, FinTech, Logistics, Supply Chain or SaaS products.
• Experience with mobile applications.
