Product Owner – Fintech & Lending (Mid‑Level/Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to shape the next generation of financing technology. You will drive the development of a modern lending platform that enables financial institutions to launch and scale digital financing products quickly, flexibly, and with regulatory confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning items with business objectives.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and product demos.
• Define MVPs and roadmap priorities based on customer value and impact.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and feedback.
• Analyse product usage, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support product discovery, solution validation, and feature prioritisation.
• Validate delivered features against requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Proven track record delivering B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
