Product Owner – HR, Attendance & Workforce Management

About the role

Advanced Solutions is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the functional ownership and continuous enhancement of its enterprise HR, Attendance and Workforce Management solutions. The role focuses on shaping product vision, managing the backlog, and ensuring delivery aligns with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for HR, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Overtime, End‑of‑Service and Workforce Management capabilities.
• Engage directly with HR, Finance, Operations and IT departments of enterprise customers to gather and analyse requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing strategic development with customer and regulatory demands.
• Coordinate with Technical Management on design, implementation and integration aspects, including biometric devices, ERP systems and Wage Protection Systems.
• Ensure product functionality complies with applicable labor and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in B2B enterprise environments, preferably within HR or Workforce Management domains.
• Strong ability to lead requirement‑gathering sessions and produce clear functional documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and enterprise clients.
• Understanding of labor regulations and compliance requirements.
