Product Owner / Senior Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner/Senior Product Owner who bridges business needs and technical execution, turning requirements into actionable user stories and managing the product backlog to deliver software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders (PMs, UX, Data, Business) to gather and define requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Continuously refine product requirements based on feedback and changing needs.
• Define functional requirements for AI‑enabled features and establish acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in software requirements engineering, product ownership or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to break down complex business problems into structured technical solutions.
