Product Specialist – Medical Devices (Cairo)

About the role

The Product Specialist will promote and sell Imdad's medical device portfolio to both new and existing customers in Cairo. The role combines consultative sales, after‑sales support, and in‑service training to ensure customers receive comprehensive product knowledge and ongoing assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales visits, identify or create customer needs, and keep clients updated on product modifications.
• Schedule and attend appointments with existing and prospective customers to demonstrate products using sales aids and marketing data.
• Provide professional on‑site demonstrations and presentations of Imdad's medical devices.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including ownership, physicians, equipment, and contact details.
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor actions, and pricing changes.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow‑up for assigned sales accounts.
• Deliver in‑service training for end‑users on system applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; dermatology experience is a plus.
• Based in Cairo with a valid driving license and personal car.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
