Product Specialist - Mounjaro

About the role

EVA Pharma, the Egyptian marketing authorization holder and distributor of Eli Lilly's Mounjaro (tirzepatide), is expanding its Mounjaro Business Unit and is hiring Product Specialists across Egypt. The role is full-time and focuses on growing the product in assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and grow Mounjaro in assigned territories, achieving sales objectives and market share growth.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals in institutional and private sectors.
• Develop and implement territory, account and call plans with clear goals and measurable results.
• Engage in one-on-one discussions, group presentations and scientific meetings.
• Partner with key accounts and key opinion leaders to strengthen brand presence.
• Identify opportunities, design creative strategies and execute plans to drive success.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with obesity and diabetes management products is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
