Product Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Trainer to lead training initiatives for our home‑appliance portfolio. You will work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure that all customer‑facing staff have up‑to‑date product knowledge and can convey technical and commercial benefits effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product training sessions for sales representatives and promoters.
• Deliver technical and commercial knowledge on home‑appliance products.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals and product guides.
• Keep all teams informed about new product launches, features and technologies.
• Support new product introductions through dedicated training and awareness sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing and Sales to align training plans with business needs.
• Visit branches, dealers and retail stores to provide field training.
• Monitor competitor products and market trends to enrich training content.
• Assist in onboarding and development of new employees on product knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–7 years of product‑training experience in the home‑appliances industry.
• Strong knowledge of home‑appliance products and technologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Capability to simplify complex technical information.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Fluent English preferred.
