Production Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Assistant to work in our showroom, providing technical and commercial support to customers looking for home and office furniture solutions. The role combines customer service, basic design assistance and sales reporting in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors in the showroom and offer professional advice on suitable furniture options.
• Prepare quotations and simple design proposals when required.
• Present product features and technical advantages clearly and professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit performance reports.
• Maintain the showroom display and overall presentation.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and provide support.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate order execution.

Required profile

• Graduates of Applied Arts – Interior Furniture or related interior design fields.
• Previous experience in furniture sales or interior design is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Presentable, punctual and able to work under pressure.
• Good computer literacy.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of design software such as SketchUp.
