Production Control Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Production Control Specialist to lead our factory operations. The ideal candidate will excel at optimizing workflows, maintaining high quality standards, and meeting production targets while ensuring a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create detailed production schedules, ordering resources that match design specifications.
• Monitor cost‑effectiveness, on‑time delivery, and product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Lead, coach, and develop the shop‑floor team to maximize productivity and morale.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement LEAN or other efficient manufacturing processes to reduce waste.
• Enforce strict health and safety guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management, preferably in furniture or design‑focused environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with manufacturing software such as ERP and MRP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience applying LEAN manufacturing principles.
