Production Engineer Section Head

About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineer Section Head to lead our manufacturing operations at our Shubra al Khaymah facility. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive efficiency, ensure product quality, and guide a team of engineers and operators.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processes and ensure optimal equipment utilization.
• Develop and manage production planning to meet demand forecasts.
• Implement and monitor quality control standards to maintain product specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as R&D, supply chain, and maintenance.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the production engineering team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in a production environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of process optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination.
