Production Engineer Section Head

About the role
We are seeking a Production Engineer Section Head to lead our manufacturing operations at our Shubra al Khaymah facility. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive efficiency, ensure product quality, and guide a team of engineers and operators.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily production processes and ensure optimal equipment utilization.
- Develop and manage production planning to meet demand forecasts.
- Implement and monitor quality control standards to maintain product specifications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as R&D, supply chain, and maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the production engineering team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven leadership experience in a production environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of process optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination.
