Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations in our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, high quality output, and meeting production targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations and maintain accurate production schedules.
• Oversee the hardening process, guaranteeing product quality and efficiency.
• Monitor the phosphating process and coordinate workflow between production stages.
• Achieve production KPIs and meet all deadlines.
• Plan production activities and continuously optimize manufacturing processes.
• Supervise technicians, operators, and other production staff.
• Troubleshoot machinery and production issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Enforce health and safety regulations throughout the factory.
• Prepare regular production reports and track productivity levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in production management.
• Direct experience in drywall screws production is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
