Production Pharmacist – Oral Solid Dosage

About the role

Sanofi is seeking a Production Pharmacist to lead the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) area in its manufacturing facility. You will ensure that production processes comply with cGMP standards while supporting the delivery of high‑quality pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise OSD operators and guarantee adherence to cGMP rules throughout the production cycle.
• Implement the weekly OSD production plan and prevent mix‑ups or cross‑contamination.
• Create, update, and enforce SOPs; report any deviations or equipment issues.
• Train new operators on specific manufacturing tasks.
• Collect, review, and validate batch manufacturing records.
• Verify environmental monitoring parameters (differential pressure, temperature, humidity) before and during production.
• Inspect cleaning, disinfection, and clearance of machines, utensils, and rooms according to QA‑approved SOPs.
• Lead HSE activities: communicate policy, ensure statutory compliance, manage emergency procedures, conduct risk assessments, and oversee waste‑management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in a similar role.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project‑management mindset.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
