Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead daily operations at Sky Healthy Food’s automated egg processing plant in 6th of October City. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production teams on the shop floor.
• Assign tasks, track output and ensure adherence to production plans and schedules.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures and food‑safety compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality and supply‑chain departments to minimise downtime.
• Report production metrics and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coach team members to develop skills and improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or food‑processing environments.
• Hands‑on production management with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency KPIs.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG, especially in automated or continuous plants.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Production Management or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or holidays as required.
