About the role
Untapped organizes educational and fun school trips, camps and events with an interactive twist. The Program Design & Resource Coordinator will create and manage all printed and digital program materials, oversee daily Instagram content, and ensure all supplies needed for trips are sourced and ready.
Key responsibilities
- Design engaging, high‑quality print and social media materials for Untapped programs.
- Prepare and coordinate printing of program materials.
- Create and support visual content for social media, posting daily on Instagram.
- Source, organize and prepare supplies and resources required for trip activities.
- Manage suppliers, printing, and material costs efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
