Operations Director

About the role

The Operations Director will own the overall operational performance of Ayed Academy across multiple functions including Sales, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, IT and Data Analytics. This senior leader will translate company strategy into actionable plans and ensure seamless cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead department managers, set clear objectives and KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Design, standardize and continuously improve operational processes, SOPs, workflows and inter‑departmental handovers.
• Establish and monitor departmental KPIs related to productivity, customer experience, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify operational gaps, analyze root causes and drive implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular operational performance updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges and recommended actions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management or a similar senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multiple departments and department managers with accountability for results.
• Strong track record in operational strategy, KPI development and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or related field preferred.
