About the role

Join Elsewedy Electric’s Graduate Development Program as a Progress Engineer and contribute to the planning and execution of production activities. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates (0‑2 years experience) and offers rotations, mentorship, and training to accelerate your career in industrial engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet daily targets.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to expedite material and document flow.
• Ensure production processes comply with customer and product specifications.
• Align production sections with Master Production Schedule (MPS) and delivery commitments.
• Analyze production shortages, report impacts, and propose corrective actions.
• Plan and execute production control activities aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.
• Evaluate performance against customer specifications and delivery goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate status.
