Project Architect

About the role

The Project Architect will lead the architectural design process from concept through construction, ensuring that each project meets its design objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This senior role involves managing design teams, delivering creative and functional solutions, and maintaining the integrity of the design concept throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design from concept to construction, aligning with project goals and client expectations.
• Manage and mentor architects and junior architects, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate design solutions with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Identify cost‑efficiency opportunities and implement value‑engineering improvements.
• Oversee BIM implementation, enforce BIM execution standards, and manage clash detection.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings, models, reports, and specifications.
• Present designs to clients and authority departments to obtain feedback and approvals.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and the original project vision.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in all phases of architectural design, including coordination with structural, MEP, and engineering teams.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and mentor junior staff.
• Strong understanding of value engineering and cost‑optimization principles.
• Experience handling client and stakeholder communications and approvals.
• Commitment to quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
