Project Coordinator – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments for a leading Saudi real‑estate developer. You will act as a central hub, linking internal teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities across internal departments, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, deadlines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.
• Assist project managers in tracking progress and updating project status.
• Organise technical documents such as drawings, BOQs, submittals and contracts.
• Maintain document control and filing for all project‑related records.
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to project operations.
• Facilitate communication between departments to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in engineering, construction or technical companies.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
