Project Engineer – BD&E (BTOR)

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a BD&E Project Engineer (BTOR) and drive the execution of new product, packaging, and process initiatives across the plant. You will work within the I2M and IIM frameworks to ensure seamless coordination, tracking, and communication of change.

Key responsibilities

• Execute initiatives through I2M/IIM, providing critical inputs for design reviews (DR2‑DR6).
• Create master data, manage artwork, and ensure raw/pack material availability.
• Organize plant trials, FPA logistics, and promotional activities.
• Support business simplification by integrating site change‑management agendas.
• Coordinate planning and tracking with all plant departments and cross‑functional teams.
• Drive de‑complexity and productivity improvement agendas.
• Manage interfaces with category PCMs and coordinate VSU and engineering teams for startup and construction activities.

Required profile

• Strong operational and manufacturing experience in the CPG industry.
• Hands‑on knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, safety and GMP standards.
• Financial and business acumen with solid project‑management capabilities.
• Understanding of industrial equipment, automation basics, and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills.
