Project Management Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of electrical engineering projects on a fully remote basis. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and verify project scope, ensuring clear requirements and alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables and actionable steps.
• Manage budgets, control costs and establish realistic schedules.
• Allocate and secure manpower and technical resources.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, internal teams and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates, lead status meetings and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Track milestones, KPIs and produce periodic progress reports.
• Identify risks, perform impact analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
• Handle scope changes, variation orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure quality of deliverables against technical specifications.
• Coordinate procurement activities and monitor material deliveries.
• Oversee project handover, acceptance and documentation archiving.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in engineering or industrial settings.
• Excellent communication, coordination and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to work remotely.
