Project Manager – Client Delivery & Operations

About the role

Stitch.Ai is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results‑oriented Project Manager to lead internal initiatives and external client projects. You will ensure delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards while coordinating across multiple teams and managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from initiation through planning, execution, delivery, and closure, maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively coordinate resolutions while keeping accurate documentation and status reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, translating requirements into internal tasks and providing regular updates.
• Coordinate meetings, feedback loops, approvals, and next steps to ensure client expectations are managed.
• Work closely with product, technology, AI, operations, and other internal teams, assigning tasks and tracking accountability.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal project management processes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in project, client, or account management, preferably in AI, SaaS, technology, PropTech, or startup environments.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously and work independently.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a client‑facing mindset and comfort in fast‑paced, technology‑driven settings.
