Project Manager – Data, Analytics & AI

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data, analytics and AI initiatives within our digital banking platform. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional technical teams to deliver data‑driven solutions that enhance business decision‑making and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data, analytics and AI projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, analysts and product teams, facilitating communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage implementation of data pipelines, reporting tools and analytics platforms.
• Track progress, identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes and team collaboration, aligning with Agile or hybrid frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of project management experience, preferably in data, analytics or technology projects.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of data platforms, data warehouses and BI tools.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and AI/ML workflows.
• Experience working with data engineering and analytics teams.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies.
