Project Manager – Infrastructure & Real Estate

About the role

Elsewedy Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure, industrial and real‑estate development projects across multiple sites in Egypt. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage project timelines to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects, meeting budget, schedule and quality targets.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress, conduct meetings and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve challenges and align projects with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and quality standards.
• Manage client expectations, government approvals and stakeholder relations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to construction sequences, budgets and schedules.
• Coach and support project team members to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PMP preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial development or real‑estate development.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP; MBA is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
